Singapore Airlines will reinstate service to Athens, Greece on a seasonal basis. The carrier will offer twice weekly services from 09 June 2014 to 09 October 2014. Flights will be operated by two class 777-200ER aircraft. Flights have been times to connect with SQ’s Australian services. The carrier will review the operation to Greece and if successful will implement it on a year basis.

The carrier suspended services to Athens a few years ago and at one stage offered services via Istanbul with local traffic rights.
